Official Rules: GameDay Squad Aussie Rules season 2024 1. Introduction By registering and participating in the 2024 GameDay Squad Aussie Rules. Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules ("Rules"). The game is part of an online fantasy sports community that rewards users based off of their own research and knowledge throughout the 2024 Australian Football League season Eligible Participants are able to create one (1) user registration, and enter one (1) team for each sport and per Competition in the game. There are no essential fees, charges, or purchases required to play the game, other than relevant internet usage costs. In-game purchases such as player card packs and transactions made on the transfer market are not a requirement to play the game. 2. Terms of the Game The Aussie Rules game commences at 12:01 am Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time ("AEST") on 06 March 2024 and closes at 11.59 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time ("AEST") on 01 September 2024, and will cover each of the 24 rounds of fixtures in the 2024 Australian Football League Premiership season. 3. Who is Eligible to Participate Who is eligible to participate: Entry is open to all people; although employees of NFT Australia Group will only be eligible for prizes if cards used are purchased through packs or found on the transfer market, with proof of purchase. Non-Australian entrants will be eligible for prizes. There is no age limit for those who are eligible for prizes, however, Participants under the age of 18 will need parental authority. Only one Registration per Eligible Participant (and per email address supplied) will be accepted. Participants found to have multiple registrations may have their account and assets suspended, or banned. After Registration, Eligible Participants may participate in all remaining Rounds which have not already been completed or Locked-Out. 4. How to Participate To participate, the individual Eligible Participants must themselves, complete the online registration process for the game, located http://www.app.gamedaysquad.com.au; choose a squad name and create a complete Aussie Rules team of 22 players for Aussie Rules comprising. The 22 players chosen are fully up to the discretion of the user. Users test their skills and knowledge to build a squad of who the believe to be the best performing players. 4.1 Squads Each Participant chooses a Squad of 22 Player Cards for GameDay Squad Aussie Rules according to the salary cap and positional restrictions described on the Web Site. 4.1.1 GameDay Squad Aussie Rules Squads Aussie Rules Squads are comprised of the following positions: ● 7 Defender player(s); ● 6 Midfielder player(s); ● 2 Ruck player(s); and ● 7 Forward player(s), These positions are subject to the prescribed team salary cap for each Competition in the season ("Salary Cap"), as notified on the Website ("Team"). Squads must be Completed (one player in every slot) before the lock-out time for the upcoming Round (as notified on the Website) ("Lock Out"). Any squad that is not complete will receive 0 points for the round. 4.1.2 Aussie Rules “Active Players” Active players are Player Cards that contribute to the Participants overall score. For Aussie Rules, there are 22 (“Active Players”) from the team in the following positions: ● 7 Defender player(s); ● 6 Midfielder player(s); ● 2 Ruck player(s); and ● 7 Forward player(s), (together "Active Players"); 5. Competitions 5.1 Aussie Rules Competitions There are FOUR Competitions of competition for Aussie Rules, with each Competition defined by their salary cap restrictions. ● Starter Competition: $11 million Salary cap (Aussie Rules) ● Classic Competition: $12.5 million Salary cap (Aussie Rules) ● Challenger Competition: $16.5 million Salary cap (Aussie Rules) ● Champion Competition: Infinity Salary Cap ● 5.2 Salary Cap Accumulation Salary caps are accumulated by player card rarity. Player card rarities are as follows: ● Bronze: $500k; ● Silver: $600k; ● Gold: $700k; ● Platinum: $800k; ● Diamond: $900k; ● Legend: $1 million; ● All-Star Cards; (Special Cards): $700k ● Prize Cards;(Special Cards): $600k 5.3 Squad Submission To participate, all Eligible Participants must submit a full Squad of players. All Eligible Participants can opt to participate in any number of competitions if they desire to do so, or alternatively, not participate in any. An Eligible Participant may choose and edit their (“Active Players”) from the initial 22, for a Round at any time before the Lock Out time for that specific player. If, after participating in a Round, an Eligible Participant does not amend their (“Active Players”) for the upcoming Round, their (“Active Players”) from the previous Round will be used, regardless of whether or not those players will be playing in the corresponding Round. 5.4 Special Cards All eligible participants are permitted to select and use Special Cards if they possess special cards. Below is a breakdown of how many special cards can be used per competition: · Starter Competition – No Special Cards permitted · Classic Competition – Two Special Card Limit · Challenger Competition – Six Special Card Limit · Champion Competition - No Special Card Limit Special Cards are subject to the prescribed team salary cap for each Competition in the season ("Salary Cap"), as notified on the Website ("Team"). 6. Player Cards Player Cards are used to accumulate points for your overall team's score. Player Cards can be acquired through free and paid Player Card packs and/or on the player card transfer market found on the website http://www.app.gamedaysquad.com.au. Player cards display the team colour, the player's name, the player's number, the multiplier attached, the rarity of the card, and the player's position. 6.1 Player Card Rarity Player Card rarity determines the volume of the card available, the Points Scored Multiplier, and the salary cap number applied to it. More information on Salary Cap can be found in “Section 5 Competitions”. The rarity of Player Cards, their volume, and their multiplier is as follows: ● Bronze: infinite - 1.0 multiplier; ● Silver: 5000 cards per player - 1.1 multiplier; ● Gold: 2500 cards per player - 1.2 multiplier; ● Platinum: 500 cards per player - 1.3 multiplier; ● Diamond: 100 cards per player - 1.4 multiplier; ● Legend: 1 card per player - 1.5 multiplier; 7. Scoring of Points 7.1 Eligible Participants will score points based upon the real-life performance of their Active Players for each Round, based on the point system set out below. Points will be awarded (or subtracted) for each performance statistic attributed to each Active Player during the Round as follows: 7.1.1 GameDay Squad Aussie Rules 2024 scoring; Kick - 4 Points; Handball - 2 Points; Mark - 3 Points; Tackle - 4 Points; Hit-Outs - 1 Point; Goal - 8 Points; Free-Kick For - 2 points; Free-Kick Against - (-2) points; Users score 0 points for every game that is completed within a round without a complete squad. Users must fill out every position slot to accumulate points. 7.2 Bench Players The bench players will score points and are deemed Active Players. Eligible Participants will be ranked on the website by their score for the previous Round ("Round Ranking"), and their overall score for the Game to date ("Overall Ranking"), where in each case the highest score is the highest rank. The leaderboard will be updated following the completion of each round. 7.3 Data Source All statistical data is purchased via StatsPerform (https://www.statsperform.com/), official reseller of Aussie Rules statistical data 8. Determination of Prizes During the competition period, winners will be determined for three different prize pools, they are Round Prizes, Season Prizes and Round Specific promotions. 8.1 Round Prizes Winners Following the completion of all Aussie Rules games for a specific round, the Participant(s) whose GameDay Squad team(s) has accumulated the highest number of points for that round in each Competition will be declared the Round Prize Winner. Each Competition will have 1 Round Prize Winner, and the top 500 Participants for the Starter Competition, top 50 for the Classic Competition, top 20 for the Challenger Competition and the top will receive a prize. Round Prize Winners will be determined by NFT Australia Group Pty Ltd 83 649 452 933 at 5:00 PM (AEST) Monday after the completion of each round of the Aussie Rules season during the competition period. If an active round finishes ON a Monday, any earnt prizes will be distributed on the following Monday. Each Competition will have 1 Season Prize Winner, and the top 10 Participants for each Competition will receive a prize. Coaches who finish in the top 10 of each of the Classic and Champion competitions will choose the player they want as their prize card. Players are selected and determined starting with the winner of the Champion competition. The selection process is subject to change to include all competitions in future seasons. Below is a breakdown of how the selection process is determined: 1st Pick – First in the Champion Competition 2nd Pick – Second in the Champion Competition 3rd Pick – Third in the Champion Competition 4th Pick – Fourth in the Champion Competition 5th Pick – Fifth in the Champion Competition 6th Pick – Sixth in the Champion Competition 7th Pick – Seventh in the Champion Competition 8th Pick – Eighth in the Champion Competition 9th Pick – Ninth in the Champion Competition 10th Pick – Tenth in the Champion Competition 11th Pick – First in the Classic Competition 12th Pick – Second in the Classic Competition 13th Pick – Third in the Classic Competition 14th Pick – Fourth in the Classic Competition 15th Pick – Fifth in the Classic Competition 16th Pick – Sixth in the Classic Competition 17th Pick – Seventh in the Classic Competition 18th Pick – Eighth in the Classic Competition 19th Pick – Ninth in the Classic Competition 20th Pick – Tenth in the Classic Competition Once a player is selected, that player will no longer be able to be selected until the next Prize Card selection process. It's important to note that prize cards can be bought, sold and traded on the GameDay Squad Transfer Market, however the artwork will never change, the winners team name, position on the ladder and season won will always be visible on the prize card. Prize Cards will be subject to position changes if applicable. All seasonal prizes will be sent and/or allocated to users before the 8th of March 2025. Prize cards distribution dates will be confirmed by GameDay Squad and communicated to eligible winners. Prize cards will be distributed to winners account before the start of the next season. 8.3 Round Specific Promotions - Round Specific Promotions will be variable and may include multiple winners. Round-specific promotions will include prize types such as in-game assets and/or AUD. Round-Specific promotions will be applicable across all fantasy sports and may be applicable to one or more Competitions. 9.0 Transfer Market Eligible users will be able to participate in the transfer market which is a live marketplace where coaches can participate in peer-to-peer player card trading, live auctions and a place where coaches can sell their cards. At the point of sale the seller will incur a 10% fee or a 50c fee (depending on which is greater) on all sales (buy now, Auction and Trade listings) made on our transfer market for all successful sales. 10. Third-Party Mobile Applications Third-party applications providers such as Apple and Google are not involved in any way with GameDay Squad competitions. The game is part of an online fantasy sports community that rewards users based off of their own research and knowledge throughout the 2024 Australian Football League Women’s season Eligible Participants are able to create one (1) user registration, and enter one (1) team for each sport and per Competition in the game. There are no essential fees, charges, or purchases required to play the game, other than relevant internet usage costs. In-game purchases such as player card packs and transactions made on the transfer market are not a requirement to play the game. 2. Terms of the Game The Women’s Aussie Rules game commences at 12:01 am Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time ("AEST") on 30 August 2024 and closes at 11.59 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time ("AEST") on 04 November 2024, and will cover each of the 10 rounds of fixtures in the 2024 Women’s Australian Football League Premiership season. 3. Who is Eligible to Participate Who is eligible to participate: Entry is open to all people; although employees of NFT Australia Group will only be eligible for prizes if cards used are purchased through packs or found on the transfer market, with proof of purchase. Transfer market: Eligible users will be able to participate in the transfer market which is a live marketplace where coaches can participate in peer-to-peer player card trading, live auctions and a place where coaches can sell their cards. At the point of sale the seller will incur a 10% fee or a 50c fee (depending on which is greater) on all sales (buy now, Auction and Trade listings) made on our transfer market for all successful sales. Third-Party Mobile Applications: Third-party applications providers such as Apple and Google are not involved in any way with GameDay Squad competitions. ]Prizes determined 2 business days after the finish of the season. Prizes payable up until one month after the season finishes. Official Rules: GameDay Squad IND Cricket season 2024 1. Introduction By registering and participating in the 2024 GameDay Squad IND Cricket, Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules ("Rules"). The game is part of an online fantasy sports community that rewards users based off of their own research and knowledge throughout the 2024 Indian Premier League season Eligible Participants are able to create one (1) user registration, and enter one (1) team for each sport and per Competition in the game. There are no essential fees, charges, or purchases required to play the game, other than relevant internet usage costs. In-game purchases such as player card packs and transactions made on the transfer market are not a requirement to play the game. 2. Terms of the Game The IND Cricket game commences at 12:01 am Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time ("AEST") on 21 March 2024 and closes at 11.59 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time ("AEST") on 07 May 2024, and will cover each of the 74 games of fixtures in the 2024 Indian Premier League season. 3. Who is Eligible to Participate Who is eligible to participate: Entry is open to all people; although employees of the game will only be eligible for prizes if cards used are purchased through packs or found on the transfer market, with proof of purchase. There is no age limit for those who are eligible for prizes, however, Participants under the age of 18 will need parental authority. Only one Registration per Eligible Participant (and per email address supplied) will be accepted. Participants found to have multiple registrations may have their account and assets suspended, or banned. After Registration, Eligible Participants may participate in all remaining Rounds which have not already been completed or Locked-Out. 4. How to Participate To participate, the individual Eligible Participants must themselves, complete the online registration process for the game, located http://www.app.gamedaysquad.com.au; choose a squad name and create a complete IND Cricket team of 11 players for IND Cricket comprising. The 11 players chosen are fully up to the discretion of the user. Users test their skills and knowledge to build a squad of who the believe to be the best performing players. 4.1 Squads Each Participant chooses a Squad of 11 Player Cards for GameDay Squad IND Cricket according to the salary cap and positional restrictions described on the Web Site. 4.1.1 GameDay Squad IND Cricket Squads IND Cricket Squads are comprised of the following positions: ● 1 Wicket-Keeper player(s); ● 3 Wicket-Keeper/Batsman player(s); ● 4 All-Rounder player(s); and ● 3 Bowler player(s), These positions are subject to the prescribed team salary cap for each Competition in the season ("Salary Cap"), as notified on the Website ("Team"). Squads must be Completed (one player in every slot) before the lock-out time for the upcoming Round (as notified on the Website) ("Lock Out"). Any squad that is not complete will receive 0 points for the round. 4.1.2 IND Cricket “Active Players” Active players are Player Cards that contribute to the Participants overall score. For IND Cricket, there are 11 (“Active Players”) from the team in the following positions: ● 1 Wicket-Keeper player(s); ● 3 Wicket-Keeper/Batsman player(s); ● 4 All-Rounder player(s); and ● 3 Bowler player(s),, (together "Active Players"); 5. Competitions 5.1 IND Cricket Competitions There are FOUR Competitions of competition for IND Cricket, with each Competition defined by their salary cap restrictions. ● Starter Competition: 5.5 million Salary Cap (IND Cricket) ● Classic Competition: $6 million Salary cap (IND Cricket) ● Challenger Competition: 8.5 million Salary cap (IND Cricket) ● Champion Competition: Infinite Salary cap 5.2 Salary Cap Accumulation Salary caps are accumulated by player card rarity. Player card rarities are as follows: ● Bronze: $500k; ● Silver: $600k; ● Gold: $700k; ● Platinum: $800k; ● Diamond: $900k; ● Legend: $1 million; 5.3 Squad Submission To participate, all Eligible Participants must submit a full Squad of players. All Eligible Participants can opt to participate in any number of competitions if they desire to do so, or alternatively, not participate in any. An Eligible Participant may choose and edit their (“Active Players”) from the initial 11 selected, for a Round at any time before the Lock Out time for that specific player. If, after participating in a Round, an Eligible Participant does not amend their (“Active Players”) for the upcoming Round, their (“Active Players”) from the previous Round will be used, regardless of whether or not those players will be playing in the corresponding Round. 5.4 Special Cards All eligible participants are permitted to select and use Special Cards if they possess special cards. Below is a breakdown of how many special cards can be used per competition: · Starter Competition – No Special Cards permitted · Classic Competition – TWO Special Card Limit · Challenger Competition – SIX Special Card Limit · Champion Competition – No Special Card Limit Special Cards are subject to the prescribed team salary cap for each Competition in the season ("Salary Cap"), as notified on the Website ("Team"). 6. Player Cards Player Cards are used to accumulate points for your overall team's score. Player Cards can be acquired through free and paid Player Card packs and/or on the player card transfer market found on the website http://www.app.gamedaysquad.com.au. Player cards display the team colour, the player's name, the player's number, the multiplier attached, the rarity of the card, and the player's position. 6.1 Player Card Rarity Player Card rarity determines the volume of the card available, the Points Scored Multiplier, and the salary cap number applied to it. More information on Salary Cap can be found in “Section 5 Competitions”. The rarity of Player Cards, their volume, and their multiplier is as follows: ● Bronze: infinite - 1.0 multiplier; ● Silver: 5000 cards per player - 1.1 multiplier; ● Gold: 2500 cards per player - 1.2 multiplier; ● Platinum: 500 cards per player - 1.3 multiplier; ● Diamond: 100 cards per player - 1.4 multiplier; ● Legend: 1 card per player - 1.5 multiplier; 7. Scoring of Points 7.1 Eligible Participants will score points based upon the real-life performance of their Active Players for each Round, based on the point system set out below. Points will be awarded (or subtracted) for each performance statistic attributed to each Active Player during the Round as follows: 7.1.1 GameDay Squad IND Cricket 2024 scoring; Runs (Per Run Scored) - 1 Point(s); Boundary Hit - 1 Point(s); Six Hit - 2 Points; 30 Runs Scored Bonus - 4 Points; 50 Runs Scored Bonus - 8 Points; 100 Runs Scored Bonus - 16 Points; Dismissal For a Duck - (-2) Points; Wicket (Excluding Run Out) - 20 Points; Maiden Over - 15 Points; Dot Ball - 1 Point(s); 3 Wicket Bonus - 4 Points; 4 Wicket Bonus - 8 Points; 5 Wicket Bonus - 16 Points; Extra Conceded (Wides + No Balls) - (-1) Point(s); Catch - 3 Points; Run Out - 15 Points; Stumping (Wicket-Keeper Only) - 15 points; 3 catch bonus - 3 Points; 4 catch bonus - 6 Points; 5 catch bonus - 8 Points. Users score 0 points for every game that is completed within a round without a complete squad. Users must fill out every position slot to accumulate points. 7.2 Data Source All statistical data is purchased via StatsPerform (https://www.statsperform.com/), official reseller of IND Cricket statistical data 8. It's important to note that prize cards can be bought, sold and traded on the GameDay Squad Transfer Market, however the artwork will never change, the winners team name, position on the ladder and season won will always be visible on the prize card. Prize Cards will be subject to position changes if applicable.
